As career services manager, Karl is like a career GPS, guiding LifeWorks participants and graduates to success by connecting them with educational and employer partners.

Karl motivates the Jobs Partnership team with his “One Step Closer” mind-set. He acquired a treasure trove of workforce-development wisdom while serving with the statewide service provider of workforce programs supported by the U.S. government. Karl’s not just about work, though. He’s on a mission to honor God and create a world where everyone from Central Florida and beyond has access and opportunity for economic self-sufficiency.

When he’s not pointing men and women toward career-path jobs and education, Karl can be found enjoying movie marathons, plotting his next chess move and passionately cheering for the Dallas Cowboys. He’s a loving husband and the coolest dad to two amazing sons. Balancing career goals and family fun? That’s Karl’s specialty!
