Titilayo Gordon

Meet Titilayo, Jobs Partnership’s dedicated volunteer process manager. Titilayo is on a mission to revamp our volunteer engagement processes, from recruitment to re-engagement, ensuring that volunteers realize how much they are appreciated. Her commitment to social justice and outreach ministry led her to join the JP team.

With a certification in volunteer management from Edyth Bush Institute at Rollins College and experience as a nonprofit apprentice, Titilayo brings a wealth of expertise to her role. While studying broadcast journalism at Florida A&M University, Titilayo received two Florida Association of Broadcasters awards before graduating with her bachelor’s degree.

Titilayo cherishes date nights with her devoted husband. Her heart also finds fulfillment in the fellowship at New Church of Faith and her involvement in their feeding the homeless and media ministries. And if you ever spot a camera flash at a JP event, it might be Titilayo showcasing her talents as a photographer. She’s the whole package of fun and fabulousness!
