Melissa Morris

Melissa Morris is a Florida native who champions efforts to create equity for the marginalized. She has expertise in adult learning, training and development; nonprofit management; and program management. Melissa initiated LifeWorks’ Pathways to Success session where participants learn about career paths that can help them walk in purpose and increase their income. During her tenure with JP, she’s helped over 220 participants graduate and achieve personal success.

Passionate about kingdom building, education and surpassing goals, Melissa is proud to lead the JP program team in directly impacting LifeWorks participants.

Melissa is married and has two beautiful daughters; she cherishes family time and “mom life.” Her hobbies include volunteering, writing and finding humor in everything. Armed with a couple decades’ experience, a bachelor’s degree from UCF and an MBA from Rollins College, Melissa brings both knowledge and heart to her role as program operations director.
