For 25 years, Jobs Partnership has prepared men and women for life and work with biblical principles—helping individuals not just find jobs, but build stronger futures throughout our home here in Central Florida. Additionally, since 2011, this gathering has brought the Central Florida community together to witness lives transformed through dignity, purpose, and opportunity.

Faith That Works is more than a fundraiser. It’s a moment to hear directly from LifeWorks graduates whose journeys reflect resilience, hope, and the transforming power of God's design for work.

A Look Ahead to 2026

As we step into the year ahead, our focus is clear:

• A Biblical Vision of Work — restoring work as a God-given calling that leads to flourishing lives and stronger communities.
• LifeWorks for High School Seniors — helping students discover God’s design for work as they step into their future with clarity and confidence at a pivotal moment in life.
• Healthcare Academy — elevating LifeWorks graduates with next-level credentials that open doors to long-term, high-opportunity employment in healthcare.

We’re honored to gather once again in the newly renovated Faith Hall at First Baptist Orlando, a faithful partner since our earliest days. We look forward to having you with us for this inspiring event.
