As partnership and recruitment manager, Beverly has the coolest gig in town. She’s the genius behind building fantastic relationships, discovering new partners and recruiting top-notch participants in the LifeWorks training program.

Her mission? To create powerful connections with Greater Orlando’s community-resource organizations and provide stellar LifeWorks support. It’s all about turning the Jobs Partnership promise of H.O.P.E. into reality, equipping LifeWorks participants to break through employment barriers by connecting with private and public providers of wraparound services.

Beverly’s career journey resembles an adventure novel, from teaching social sciences in Jamaica to conquering the corporate realm in Fortune 500 companies. Her skill set boasts both breadth and depth in areas including education and training, program management, people leadership, and more. The best part? She’s a lifelong learner, always thirsty for knowledge and eager to share fresh ideas.

When she’s not moving mountains at JP, Beverly is a globe-trotter who’s visited more than 15 countries, as well as a bookworm, movie buff, nature explorer and photography enthusiast. She’s the life of the party, spreading laughter wherever she goes.
