Introducing Nicole Millard – JP Development Officer

Nicole joined The Jobs Partnership team with a clear understanding of our mission in action. She has volunteered in every capacity from helping with our Suited for Success to serving as a Coach in the 12-week LifeWorks class. With that connection to how we transform lives, Nicole will be helping us tell our story and increase the resources needed to realize our full expansion plan.

Most recently, Nicole worked to extend the reach of Montreat College as the Special Assistant to the President here in Florida. She enjoyed introducing influencers to the Christ-centered liberal arts education that impacts students to bring their faith into their careers.  She also worked as Director of Marketing and Enrollment for The Christ School, a Christ-centered K-8th school in downtown Orlando that helps students and their families seek excellence in education through their growing Biblical worldview. In her corporate career, Nicole worked as a Senior National Sales Manager in the hospitality industry for high end convention resorts and Visit Orlando.

Nicole is married to Brian and has twin girls in college, a son in high school and a dog at home who adores her. They are members of First Presbyterian Church of Orlando and live in Winter Park.
