Amanda Santos

Amanda’s journey with Jobs Partnership began as assistant program manager, where she played an integral role in supporting the LifeWorks training program. Her passion for JP’s mission and her determination to make a lasting impact on our community quickly became apparent.

As shared services director, Amanda understands that success is not a solitary journey. Her ability to see the bigger picture, strategize for success and bring teams together sets her apart as a true leader. She’s a strong advocate for collaboration and believes in the power of teamwork.

Amanda holds a bachelor of fine arts degree from Texas State University (go, Bobcats!) and recently completed a digital marketing certification accredited by the American Marketing Association.

Amanda’s three loves are her husband Alex and their two pups, Stella and Rae. She enjoys any chance she gets to be creative, eat snacks and garden.
